4. Email Storage Formats

• AES-encrypted version – only used in cases where authorities request information related to misuse or criminal activity.

We do not access or view your email address in plain text during normal service operation.

All payments are processed by Paytrail. By making a purchase, you accept Paytrail’s own terms and conditions.

Credits cannot be:

• refunded
• transferred to another user
• reimbursed if you lose access to your email

VarjoDesign Oy is not responsible for issues or outages caused by Paytrail, nor for Paytrail’s use of cookies.

7. Image Uploads

All images are stored through Cloudinary. By using the service, you also agree to Cloudinary’s terms.

You may not upload pornographic or illegal images. Accounts that violate these rules may be permanently banned without credit refunds. Serious violations may be reported to the authorities.

8. Disclosure to Authorities

Personal data may be disclosed to law enforcement only in the following situations:

• illegal activity within the service
• serious suspicion of criminal behavior
• a formal request from authorities

Only the necessary information is provided, such as AES-encrypted email and Paytrail transaction references.
